They stole money from me and got away with it! I ordered a hair dryer on the app (using the 60 minute delivery). When the delivery guy got to my place, he showed up with a black hair dryer, and the one that I ordered was gray and a different model. I never approved an exchange, but they did it anyway. I returned the incorrect dryer to the delivery guy and he left. I paid $549 MXN for the correct hair dryer, only to refund me $475.16. I reached out to customer service via WhatsApp for 3 days until someone from the store finally called me, she promised to fix everything no later than the next day, but she never got back to me or processed the correct refund. The fact that a Walmart store can get away with stealing makes me sick to my core

They've got repair and construction work going on, and they've changed the layout: not reorganised, but disorganised. Half the usual pharmacy products are on the other side and end of the store, for example.

This time at Walmart was not a good shopping time they're vegetables were not great and I had did some purchasing about 2 months ago and I brought the product back because the time that I visited Walmart last month I only go to Walmart once a month since the virus she would not exchange it. Talking about the system or whatever and it would have been changed if the store was open so what she said to me was why didn't you come back the next day and I told her I do not go into the stores but once a month for supplies I don't run back and forth for anything unless it's once a week to buy vegetable they don't I'm going to give them a heads up reason being it was a Saturday morning it doesn't matter whether we shop at 8:00 to 10:00 or what but going into these stores on the weekend it's not a good thing the people are probably overworked so I'm going give them that now for supplies you can't be there
